Key Responsibilities:Produce detailed structural and interior fit-out drawings (shop & as-built) using AutoCAD.Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect project requirements.Integrate subcontractor/shop drawings and high-end finish details into master plans.Revise layouts as per client, consultant, or site feedback.Support tendering, material selection, and supplier coordination with technical drawings.Requirements:Proven experience in Design & Build companies delivering ultra-luxury villa/mansion projects.Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit or SketchUp is a plus.Strong knowledge of luxury interior/exterior finishes, structural detailing & joinery.Familiar with project documentation, bid packages, and site coordination.Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
