VACANCY TITLECabin Crew SupervisorVACANCY INTRODUCTIONExecuJet Middle East is currently seeking a Cabin Crew Supervisor to fill a vacancy within our Flight Operations division.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* CA recruitment including interviewing, selection, and training plans. * Maintains and oversees agreed CA service standards, policies, and procedures, including catering, and uniforms. * Developing and delivering CA service training in line with Company and Group standards. * Owns and maintains all Cabin related Manuals and documents such as Cabin Safety Manual, checklists, safety cards, procedures etc. * Becoming a subject matter expert on the CA Manual, Company policies and procedures. * Ensures Passenger profiles and cabin preferences are clearly documented. * Proactively Coordinates training schedules, when necessary, with Training Department and Lead Commanders. Delivers OCC training. * NOTE: All CA regulatory/safety Training is controlled, monitored, and scheduled by crew training (CT), as well as the LC. * Attending Industry CA meetings/seminars and briefing the management team of changes or issues. * In conjunction with LCs, Conducting CA performance reviews, line checks and cabin inspections. * Work closely with QA, Cabin Focal, regulatory inspectors, and auditors ? and completion of applicable CAPAs within prescribed time scales. * Performs and records CA related Quality Inspections on aircraft and the department. * Becomes knowledgeable on the fleet?s Cabin Entertainment systems. * Supports Aircraft Entry into service and Exit from Service projects including cabin Galley equipment, flat ware, loose equipment, and provisions. * Ensure mass and balance changes related to cabin items/equipment are identified, performed, and notified to Flight operations in a timely manner. * Manages Off Aircraft Cabin equipment storage. * Conducts 6 monthly CA meetings and document all minutes of the meeting. * Actively Promotes a Just safety and reporting culture. * Within 6 months, will gain the necessary experience and undertake the required training as well as develop the relationships sufficiently to be appointed and act as GCAA Cabin Focal responsible for all cabin safety and regulatory matters. * OPS Admin support when necessary and possible. * Understand, monitor, and support compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved. * Fluent in written and spoken English * Holds a valid SEP * Holds GCAA cabin license or equivalent * Regional and Business aviation experience * Friendly, responsible, flexible, proactive, and professional in manner * Well organized, efficient, and alert * Good communicator * Customer focused * Good interpersonal skills and ability to get along with diverse personalities
