Role: Business Support OfficerLocation: Abu DhabiDivision: Retail BankingDepartment: Priority BankingROLE PURPOSE: The Business Support Officer is responsible for developing and using financial reports and early warning forecast systems for the Priority Banking management. Actively provides business insights and suggestions to the Head of WPLB collected from accounts data, MIS reports and Market scans, to elevate the overall performance and productivity of the Priority Team.Key Accountabilities of the roleRESPONSIBILITIES:? Handles and looks over all Priority MIS reports as received from the WM department? Develops and maintain of the Priority Team Business Dash Board? Prepares periodic (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual) reports of different Team performance aspects? Conducts in-depth Analysis of business reports and provides actionable insights to maximize productivity and profitability? Collects and organize on ground feedbacks from RMs and Team leaders regarding products and promotions? Monitors the teams? overall performance then suggests possible steps to maximize their productivity.? Works closely with the Head of WPLB to develop recommendations and fact based presentations? Provides a regular business watch for the Head of WPLB by implementing early warning forecast systems? Keeps the Head of WPLB updated on New products and Market Trends? Acts as the Focal point between the Priority Banking and different Banking Data providers like MIS.? Analyse, design and implement sales incentive programs? Management Information skillsPrevious experience:? Minimum 5-10 years? experience in related Business and Financial planning and controlling and/or sales.? Familiarity with Bank operations and especially bank financial planning and controlling.? Detailed knowledge of ADIB?s Retail Banking products & services? Specific Knowledge of UAE banking practices , regulations & risks? Good awareness of competitors in the local market
