This role involves a blend of administrative support, sales coordination, and executive assistance, vital to our operations and growth in the MENA market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including processing quotes, client communication and documentation.
  • Provide executive support, managing schedules and organizing travel for branch office team members.
  • Develop and maintain essential reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Assist in various ad hoc tasks contributing to team objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Experience in administrative roles, sales coordination, and executive support.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Independent work capabilities alongside team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the water feature industry and MENA market is beneficial, but not required.
