Business Development Workshop ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Plan and organize business development workshops to promote our products and services to potential clients•Develop strong relationships with UAE insurance companies•Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging workshop agendas, presentations, and materials•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of workshops•Identify and target potential workshop attendees based on their interests and needs•Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for workshops•Monitor and track workshop attendance and feedback to measure the success and effectiveness of workshops•Prepare and present reports on workshop performance and provide recommendations for improvement•Work closely with the sales team to follow up with workshop attendees and convert leads into customers•Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure our workshops are relevant and engaging•Manage budget and resources for workshops, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiencyRequirements:•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field•Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development - specifically in workshop management•Proven track record of organizing successful workshops or events•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities•Ability to work independently and in a team environment•Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software•Knowledge of the local market and industry trends•Fluency in English, both written and verbal•Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for workshops
