Business Development RepresentativeJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:?Generate and nurture leads in co-ordination with vertical marketing and field marketing activities that will help generate targeted new revenue growth?Nurture leads and create opportunities within portfolio of assigned geographies through a value-based approach.?Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.?Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the industry.?Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.?Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
