Job Position – Business Development ManagerLocation – Dubai, UAE.Salary – 10000 AED – 15000 AED (based on experience)Requirements:– Minimum 4+ years relevant experience into similar role.– Strong experience in Business Development with IT staffing services / Outsourcing.Key Responsibilities:– Identify and develop new business opportunities within the staffing/contract staffing industry.– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.– Understand client needs and provide appropriate staffing solutions.– Negotiate and close contracts with clients and candidates.– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.– Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.– Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the staffing process.
