Whether that is expanding your technical knowledge through expert led training, progressing within our business development teams; from a graduate sales role to market sector lead or side stepping to the operational side of the business, we are happy to support you through your development goals.Role PurposeYour role as Senior Business Development Manager is to support the growth of the business in terms of both revenue and profitability to set targets of new business from both new and existing clients, enhance brand awareness, perception and positioning within operating markets. A background in selling Testing, Inspection and Certification services would be highly advantageous, or experience selling various products across some of the markets we operate in including Automotive, Transport, Buildings, Infrastructure, Facilities Management, Finance and Engineering Insurance would be of interest. * Negotiable basic salary plus bonus * 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays with the option to buy or sell 5 holidays, plus an option to carry over 5 days * Combined employee/employer pension contributions of up to 12% * Flexible/Home Working * Flexible benefits scheme, to suit what is important to you including Life Cover, Private health care, Dental Care, GymFlex, Techscheme, Enhanced Maternity/Paternity policy, Give as You Earn scheme & Travel Insurance * Health and Wellbeing Support through; Mental Health First aiders, Employee Assistance programme & Smart Health services * Working for an Industry leading global Inspection company certified as a UK Top Employer for the last nine years in a row * Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, generating new business. * Demonstrable senior sales track record; with example large client accounts. * Key Account/ Large Contract management sales showing that they are: Solution driven, capable of Strategic thinking, and senior level Influencing/ Negotiation Skills. * Knowledge and experience in the UK and Ireland Testing, Inspection and Certification highly beneficial.
