Job Description

Shipa Ecommerce gives online merchants access to some of the world?s fastest growing and most complex e-commerce markets. We offer integrated freight, fulfilment, delivery and returns solutions, underpinned by easy-to-use digital integration: APIs and web interfaces that help to seamlessly integrate businesses with our powerful applications.The Role in brief:You will play vital role in online merchant experience as well as their own end consumer experience. They are Shipa Ecommerces face to online merchants and will rely on them for growing demand in a sustainable way.Your Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through a mix of new online merchant signups and increasing share of business with existing accounts
  • Manage and update potential online merchant engagement via Sales Force CRM system.
  • Complete knowledge of all operational and commercial aspects (Line haul, Customs, Last mile, 3PL, fulfillment, technical integration, new lanes, and import/export)
  • Pricing understanding and negotiating best prices with online merchants
  • Be responsible for key accounts and large regional accounts
  • Work closely with operations / tech team internally & make sure the client requirements are met.
  • Manage day-day business and operational relationship with online merchant
