Job Position – Business AnalystCompany Name – AtribsCredit Risk Systems (CRMS)To partner with Risk, Finance, and IT teams and help design, enhance, and support our Credit Risk Management System (CRMS).What you’ll do:Gather and translate business needs into clear BRDs, user stories, and functional specsMap and improve end-to-end credit risk processes (origination, approvals, monitoring, reporting)Work closely with IT and vendors to deliver functional, compliant solutionsDefine data flows, validations, and integrations across risk and core banking systemsEnsure alignment with CBUAE CRMS, Basel, IFRS9, and internal governance standardsMaintain complete project documentation and support auditsWhat we’re looking for:7–10+ years of banking experience, with strong exposure to credit / risk systemsProven Business Analysis skills (documentation, workshops, stakeholder management)Good understanding of credit risk lifecycle & data governanceExperience with risk platforms (Moody’s, FIS, etc.) is a plusCertifications like FRM / PRM / PMP / CBAP are an advantage
