  • The candidate would contribute to the Brand Development, Brand Awareness, Mktg ops and plans along with retail Go-to-market strategies.
  • Defining and implementing marketing activities that support our Adhesives for Consumer and Craftsman brands.
  • Responsible for branding activities, end user communication, product portfolio, pricing, and profitability. Would also coordinate BTL and future ATL activities.
  • Responsible for product categories product portfolio, pricing, profitability (margins)
  • Responsible for Launch Activation; effective and timely go to market on launch planning.
  • Conveys market research and end user surveys in order to define adequate activities and introduce new products
  • Responsible for marketing budget allocation and spend
  • Perform regular monthly and quarterly business analysis result achieved by respective brands or product categories
  • Collaborates with marketing and sales team to build sales promotions, product communication and commercial strategies to address opportunities and shortcomings.
YOUR SKILLS
  • University degree in marketing or comparable -Masters and or any other further qualification in marketing / trade marketing is a plus
  • 5 years plus relevant experience - Former Experience in FMCG  is an advantage
  • Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques is needed
  • Knowledge of category management and assortment
  • Competent with Microsoft office -Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ideally fluent in English Arabic
