Job Description

Client:Our Client is a luxury multinational property development company. They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Brand Associate Director to join their team in Dubai. As the Brand Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that promote their luxury brand and drive business growth.Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the brands advertising and promotional activities, including events, social media, and PR campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand strategy and messaging.
  • Develop and manage the brands budget and ensure all activities are executed within allocated resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury brands and media partners.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and foster partnerships.
  • Identify and manage brand ambassadors and influencers to promote the brand and its products.
Your Qualification/Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience working with luxury brands is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Native English Speaker is Essential
