UAE National Branch Manager | FAMCO | Abu DhabiOverview of the role:The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for the ownership and control of the Abu Dhabi Famco Branch and drive the team performance and the region strategies.What you will do:-On- going performance management of the team based on agreed KPI metrics and performance levels for the team as well as monitoring the work of the team and encouraging them to meet their set targets-Manage Abu Dhabi branch operation and lead day-to-day responsibilities.-Marketing Abu Dhabi branch within the community to attract business-Hold daily team meeting s to discuss progress, new opportunities, role plays, create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.-Work to grow the branch businesses and customers acquisitions across all brands.
