Key Responsibilities:Brand Execution:Assist in the implementation of comprehensive 360° marketing plans aligned with global brand guidelines.Coordinate and execute e-commerce and in-store activations, campaigns, and activation calendars across key accounts and major players within the Middle East region.Ensure consistency and quality of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.Omnichannel Management:Partner with retail collaborators, distributors, and internal teams to optimize brand presentation across both e-commerce platforms and brick-and-mortar stores.Manage planograms, enhance online visibility, support retailer promotions and animations, and facilitate effective negotiation to secure prime shelf and digital placement.Monitor stock availability to guarantee seamless consumer access and maximize sales opportunities.Sales & Performance Tracking:Support accurate sales forecasting efforts by collecting and analyzing sell-in and sell-out data across all sales channels.Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to drive improvements in sales and marketing strategies.Competitor Monitoring:Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer behavior within the beauty sector.Deliver timely and relevant insights and strategic recommendations to management and global teams to inform decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.Collaboration & Coordination:Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, commercial, and customer service departments to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.Facilitate clear communication and alignment across departments to support brand objectives and execution plans.What you’ll need to succeedBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, brand marketing, key accounts, or commercial roles, ideally in beauty or retailStrong understanding of e-commerce and commercial dynamics; offline retail experience is a plusSkilled in negotiation, communication, and project managementAnalytical with proficiency in Excel and performance tracking toolsCreative, detail-oriented, and passionate about brand executionFluent in English; Arabic is a plusYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
