Job descriptionCharterhouse is working exclusively with a Luxury Jewellery Brand who are looking to hire an experienced manager to run their Dubai Mall Flagship Boutique.About the roleThis is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for luxury retail to join a reputable high-end jewellery brand with a fast-growing presence across the Middle East Region. The main purpose of this role will be to develop and maintain the VIP client network, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve their KPI?s, whilst maintaining a strong presence leading by example on the shop floor, acting as an ambassador of the brand.You will conduct regular competitor analysis, forecast key market trends reporting to HQ to provide a transparent overview of the market conditions. Our client is looking for a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of the luxury sector, ideally watches or jewellery, who can think outside of the box and anticipate challenging trading periods, putting in place robust strategies to ensure objectives are achieved at all times.About youTo be considered for this role you must be working at Managerial level for an international luxury goods brand, with extensive experience within the UAE. Arabic language is essential for this role.
