Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of experience as a BIM Structural Modeler using TeklaMandatory GCC work experienceExperience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects preferredResponsibilities:Develop detailed structural BIM models using Tekla StructuresPrepare structural shop drawings and fabrication drawingsCoordinate with architectural, civil, and teams to ensure clash-free modelsPerform clash detection and resolve structural design issuesUpdate and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycleGenerate quantities, schedules, and construction documentationRequirements:Proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatoryStrong understanding of structural systems (RC, steel structures)Ability to interpret structural drawings and specificationsCandidates currently in the UAE are preferredImmediate joiners preferredStrong coordination and communication skills
