Responsibilities: Develop and model detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems using Revit or similar softwareCollaborate with design teams to ensure accurate and clash-free modelsExtract construction drawings, schedules, and material lists from BIM modelsCoordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure integrated project deliveryUpdate and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycleAssist in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processesQualifications: Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in Mechanical and Electrical disciplinesUAE project experience is mandatoryProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination toolsStrong understanding of design standards and construction practicesExcellent teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a dynamic project environmentShould have UAE projects experience
