Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and disciplinesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracyReview and update drawings, plans, and project documentation based on BIM modelsConduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM softwareSupport project teams in design visualization, scheduling, and coordinationEnsure BIM models comply with project standards, guidelines, and client requirementsPrepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation from BIM modelsAssist in implementing BIM standards, templates, and protocolsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or ArchitectureProven experience as a BIM Modeler in construction projectsProficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling toolsKnowledge of construction processes, standards, and coordination workflowsStrong attention to detail and technical understanding of building systems
