Key Responsibilities: Lead the Building Information Modeling (BIM) team to develop and implement BIM standards and workflows.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure BIM models are accurate and up-to-date.Oversee BIM model creation, clash detection, and coordination across project disciplines.Manage BIM software tools and ensure compliance with project requirements.Provide BIM training and support to project staff.Monitor project progress and ensure BIM deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Extensive experience in BIM management within the construction or real estate industry.Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of construction processes and standards.
