Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems using Revit and related toolsCoordinate services across disciplines and resolve design clashes using Navisworks and RevitzoIntegrate BIM workflows with 4D planning, COBie data, and project documentation standardsLead coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholdersSupport the production of shop drawings and ensure models meet LOD and client standardsCollaborate closely with design, construction, and site teams throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Proven experience in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systemsMinimum 6 years of experience in BIM, with a focus on coordinationStrong technical knowledge of systems and construction practicesProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), Revitzo, 4D BIM, COBie, and related toolsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality
