The BIM Architect will be responsible for leading and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes on various architectural projects.With 3+ years of experience, you will work closely with design teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient project execution using BIM software.The role requires a strong understanding of BIM methodologies, software proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects.Coordinate with design and engineering teams to integrate all disciplines into a single, cohesive model.Ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.Create and maintain BIM documentation, including design drawings and specifications.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor?s degree in Architecture or related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM architecture.Skills:Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).Strong understanding of BIM processes and project workflows.Experience with 3D modeling and clash detection.UAE Experience is mandatoryEngineering consultancy experience is an advantage
