Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Beverage Development Manager to play the following roles...

  • Responsible for conducting special studies for competitors in terms of product diversity, prices and employee salaries.
  • Maintaining the stability of the quality of products in accordance with the standards agreed upon by the company. Selection of the new employee.
  • Participation in the development of the annual training plan.
  • Make the necessary visits to the branches to follow up the implementation of the operating system for chains.
  • Review the barista staff numbers for each chain.
  • Reviewing the status of the current price list for drinks according to the agreed upon standard.
  • Responsible for analyzing the price list of chains to participate in approving a new product or excluding a product.
  • Analyzing the best-selling and most profitable products.
  • Supervision and follow-up of the target sales of beverages for each brand separately.
  • Receipt of the new raw materials and work on them
  • Develop a plan to follow up the balances of raw materials in the store and the stagnant ones.
  • Follow-up and implementation of the annual and seasonal agenda for drinks.
  • Development and research for new products.
  • Participate in selecting the quality of equipment and its suitability for operation and reviewing its quotations with the Operations Department.
  • Participating with the engineering department in developing a concept for the counter design and reviewing the drawings in coordination with the Operation Department.
  • Approval of any changes in the equipment used.
  • Approve the transfer of any equipment from one branch to another.
  • Supervising the maintenance plan in terms of (replacement, renewal, maintenance) and following up on all types of equipment needed for the counter.
Requirements:
  • High Education, preferably tourism and hotels.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 Years at same position.
  • A person who is organized, responsible, meticulous and pays attention to detail.
  • Leads the work team, to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and to work well as part of the work team.
  • Have a demonstrated interest in and passion for coffee and the coffee industry.
  • Works well under pressure, able to multitask effectively without compromising quality stability.
  • Has a desire for continuous learning, as coffee is a constantly evolving industry.
  • He cares about his personal appearance, as he will set an example for his colleagues at work.
