Job Description

Job SummaryTo carry out all Aesthetic treatments and therapies according to salo standards ensuring guest satisfaction.Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be fully trained and certified in carrying out all therapies and treatments available to guests in the salon.
  • Prepare all treatments correctly and efficiently as per SOP salon standards.
  • Communicate and assist guests.
  • Work in a clean and hygienic manner.
  • Carry out daily preparation of the salon areas.
  • Report any incidents or odd behavior to the manager.
  • Ensure correct amounts of treatment products are used and wastage is minimized as per standards.
  • Attend to duty in proper uniform, on time, and well-groomed.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards
  • Be fully trained on all services and treatments.
  • Be fully trained on all products and ingredients.
  • Attend training and adapt to new treatments as per requirements.
  • Be flexible in working schedules.
  • Carry out any other job-related duties as per requirements.
  • Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong administrative abilities
  • Ability to have a strong customer focus
  • Leadership abilities
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High school graduate, Cidesco, Cibtac, International Qualification or equivalent for therapy and massage, DHA license
  • Full knowledge in facial treatments, body treatments, massage, waxing, threading, eyelash extension
