Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards.Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and dining area.Take customer orders, handle payments, and manage POS systems.Ensure consistent quality in all beverages and food items served.Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and checking expiration dates.Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.Support the café team in daily operations and service needs.Requirements:Previous experience as a Barista or in the Food & Beverage sector.Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and café equipment.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to handle fast-paced environments.Presentable, energetic, and service-oriented personality.Must have Own or Freelance Visa (mandatory).Able to join immediately.Benefits:Competitive hourly/daily/monthly compensation (as per company policy).Work in a well-established café environment.Opportunity to gain additional experience in Dubai’s F&B sector.
