We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and inviting environment for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.Take orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment and utensils.Follow health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.Restock supplies and inventory as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.Assist in opening and closing duties as required.Qualifications & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior experience as a barista or in customer service (1+ years preferred).Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills for handling transactions.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
