We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage drinks, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selectionsPrepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standardized recipesHandle cash register operations and process payments accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining areaEnsure quality and presentation standards are met for all beveragesRestock supplies and ingredients as neededFollow health and safety regulations at all timesUpsell products and promote specials to enhance salesQualifications:Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferredKnowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic math skills for cash handling
