As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and utensils.Manage cash register operations and handle transactions accurately.Maintain knowledge of menu items and promote special offers.Uphold health and safety standards at all times.Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.Basic math skills for cash handling.Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
