Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to resort standards.Ensure a high level of customer service by greeting and assisting guests.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.Handle cash and process payments for orders.Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies when necessary.Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
