BaristaJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Pre-Service Preparation: Set up the daily bar counter, prepare mise en place, and ensure all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.•Beverage Management: Maintain high-quality coffee and tea offerings, checking inventory daily to prevent stockouts during service periods.•Inventory Control: Assist with monthly inventories, verify correct date labeling on related products, and manage equipment effectively to avoid breakdowns.•Customer Service: Anticipate guests needs, provide exceptional service, and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere.Requirements :•Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista.•Cold Drink and Mocktail Knowledge: Familiarity with basics of cold drinks and mocktails preparation.•Personality: Warm and inviting personality, ability to think calmly under pressure, willingness to learn, and passion for food & beverage.
