Job Description

BaristaAs a Barista, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of beverages, and maintaining the set company standards in all aspects of operation in your areas of responsibility.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Provides a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons.
  • Prepares and serves appetisers, snacks and other food items for guests.
  • Ensures that the area is well sanitized and maintains a clean work area at all times.
  • Has full knowledge of menu items and preparation methods (mixing, garnishing etc.).
  • Upgrades the menu by creating new beverages and refreshments.
  • Replenishes bar inventory and supplies and maintain records on a regular basis.
  • Ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed while handling food & beverages and all restaurant material, and in all other aspects.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Minimum of 1-2years? experience in 5 Star Hotels
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, Opera & MICROS
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
