Job Description

Bar Supervisor We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor who can oversee the entire bar operation in the hotel.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Ensures the work area is ready for service with pre- and post-service checks completed
  • Engages in guests? interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner
  • Supervision and direction of bartenders and bar backs
  • Ensure standardization and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
  • Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products
  • Assist and direct wait staff when necessary
  • Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and wait staff
Your experience and skills include:
  • One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stock and financial accuracy and resolution skills
  • Motivational and a passion for developing others
  • Computer and MICROS proficiency
  • Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure
