Bar ManagerYou are a business manager and marketing specialist for the exceptional service of our Bar Experience. What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for the overall operation and co-ordination of Bar outlet of hotel.
  • To ensure that the Bar outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies & Procedures and Minimum Standards.
  • To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance on a daily basis.
  • To handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and seek for immediate solution, assure follow up with guests.
  • To ensure the smooth operation of the Bar Department.
  • To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Knowledge on the bar products (preparation instructions)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as a leader of a team
