Allocates jobs to subordinates according to their skills & levels to assure efficient & effective work.Makes sure promises to customers kept & feeds back to service advisor any difficulties/hitches to avoid undesired customers’ surprisesSolves & diagnoses technical difficulties/problems encountered by subordinates for smooth & faster repair/maintenance.Manages workshop resources for high utilization, efficiency thus productivity which helps in achieving planned target.Conducts on job training & illustrates released TSBs to subordinates to improve their technical knowledge.Feeds back ideas/suggestions to Asst. Workshop Manager for workshop processes improvementPrepares & submits administrative reports to Asst. Workshop Manager used for service processes analysis & development.Supervises usage of workshop assets to be maintained in good condition.Requirements:5-10 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance as an Automotive Workshop Electrical Supervisor in UAE - Prefer in dealershipDiploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systemsFamiliarity with CAN bus systems and vehicle communication protocolsKnowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems, including high-voltage systemsReading, writing and speaking in English is mandatory.Prefer to have UAE driving license.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
