Automotive TechnicianJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Perform routine maintenance tasks, including recording time and materials used, and reporting back to engineering in a timely manner.?Conduct regular checks on gas detection panels, fire suppression systems, and gas valves to ensure safety and compliance.?Be responsible for the mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing of our kitchens, including maintenance and repairs.?Assist other personnel in emergency situations and perform other engineering duties as required by management.?Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and calibrate thermostatic controls.Requirements :?At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel environment.?Relevant qualifications and a Diploma in Engineering.
