ROR Technologies is building intelligent automation solutions that combine Microsoft Power Platform with Copilot and Agentic AI capabilities. We are hiring an Automation Specialist to join the Digital Transformation / IT Automation team in Dubai and help design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade automation that delivers measurable business value.Role Summary:You will own the design, development and deployment of automation workflows and applications — using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and other Power Platform tools — while applying LLM-driven features and agentic automation to create end-to-end intelligent processes.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and deliver automation solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).• Use Copilot and LLM-driven features to enhance user experiences and automate tasks.• Integrate Agentic AI frameworks and agent-based flows to support complex, multi-step automation.• Design and implement secure, scalable integrations via APIs and custom connectors.• Collaborate with stakeholders — product owners, business analysts and engineering teams — to translate requirements into reliable automation.• Monitor, optimize and document automation processes; ensure compliance with architecture and security best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development.• Practical experience using Copilot AI or other LLM-based automation tools.• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (for example LangChain, AutoGPT or similar).• Strong understanding of APIs, connectors, integration patterns and automation best practices.• Excellent problem-solving, debugging and collaboration skills.Preferred:• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certification.• Experience with Azure services, AI Builder and creating custom connectors.• Background in RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a plus.What We Offer:• Work on cutting-edge AI and automation initiatives at the intersection of Power Platform and advanced LLM/agent technologies.• Flexible working arrangements and a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.• Competitive compensation and clear opportunities for professional growth.
