Responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software to support engineering, architectural, or construction projects. Ensures all drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with project specifications and standards.Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, blueprints, and technical layouts using AutoCAD.Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering designs and translate them into detailed drawings.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project changes.Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for drawings and project documentation.Assist in creating bill of materials (BOM) and technical documentation as required.Conduct site visits if needed to gather measurements and verify drawings.Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman or similar role.Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of other design software (Revit, 3ds Max, etc.) is a plus.Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and safety standards.Excellent attention to detail and technical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
