AutoCAD DraftsmanJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Prepare detailed shop drawings from concept designs, pictures, or 3D models.•Develop joinery and as-built drawings for client approval.•Verify plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.•Create Bills of Quantities (BOQ) when required.•Conduct site surveys and develop shop drawings and drafting as needed.•Collaborate with production managers, project engineers, designers, and clients for updates and changes to shop drawings.Requirements :•Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.•Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.•Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.•High level of organization and time management skills.Education and Experience :•Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or interior design.•At least 3-5 years of experience as a draftsman in interior fit-out/joinery.•Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
