We are looking for a skilled Arabic-speaking female Architect to join our team as an Authority Coordinator. This role focuses on managing all authority submissions and approvals for architectural projects across UAE municipalities and relevant departments.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit architectural drawings and supporting documents to authorities, including Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and Civil Defense.Coordinate effectively between consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure full compliance with local codes, regulations, and standards.Track approvals and follow up diligently to prevent project delays.Translate technical documents between Arabic and English as needed.
