This role is designed for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability and a strategic mindset.What You’ll Do:• Lead and manage statutory audits for SMEs, startups, and corporate clients across various sectors• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE audit and regulatory requirements• Prepare, review, and finalize audit reports along with regulatory and statutory submissions• Work closely with tax, bookkeeping, and compliance teams to deliver integrated client solutions• Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior auditors while supporting the growth of the audit practiceIdeal Candidate Profile:• Professionally qualified CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in external audit with strong SME or mid-market exposure• Prior experience with Top 10 audit firms is highly preferred• Eligible or registered as a UAE Approved Auditor with the Ministry of Economy• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and ISA with strong communication and client-handling skillsAdditional Information:• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai• This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing audit practice
