Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to promote the hotel?s event spaces.Identify and generate new leads for corporate, social, and private events.Respond to event inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and prepare proposals and contracts.Coordinate with clients to ensure successful execution of events, from booking to post-event follow-up.Maintain strong relationships with event clients to encourage repeat business.Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Requirements:Proven experience in event sales or event management, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
