What You Will Be Doing:Implement and oversee CRM applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and application servers.Supervise the transition of legacy CRM systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal efficiency.Manage databases (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) to maintain data integrity and improve performance.Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance processes.What You Should Have:Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. CRM technology certification is a plus.10-12 years in developing CRM applications, with expertise in platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle CRM.SkillsWhat We Are Looking For:Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), relational and NoSQL databases, and application servers.Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies; experience in migrating legacy CRM systems to modern platforms.Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead teams.Experience in writing automated test cases, optimizing performance, and familiarity with integration platforms and service-oriented architecture.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
