Teaching and Curriculum Development:Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars to undergraduate and graduate students.Develop, review, and update curriculum in alignment with current industry trends and accreditation standards.Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, including blended and online learning tools.Research and Scholarship:Conduct original research in the field of healthcare management and publish in peer-reviewed journals.Supervise Master’s and PhD students in their thesis/dissertation work.Actively pursue research grants and collaborate with national/international research bodies.Academic Leadership and Administration:Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum committees, and quality assurance activities.Mentor junior faculty and contribute to academic and professional development programs.Support the accreditation processes and continuous improvement efforts within the department.Community and Industry Engagement:Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare institutions and government bodies.Provide consultancy and expert input on healthcare policy, systems optimization, and organizational development.Represent the university in academic conferences and professional forums.Qualifications and Experience:PhD in Healthcare Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or a closely related fieldMinimum 5 years of post-PhD teaching and research experience in a recognized university.Proven record of peer-reviewed publications, research grants, and academic leadership.Familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g., CAA, AACSB, or equivalent) is an advantage.Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and research tools (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, EndNote).Preferred Skills:Expertise in areas such as healthcare quality management, hospital operations, digital health, and policy analysis.Experience in supervising postgraduate research.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated commitment to student success and academic excellence.
