Key Responsibilities:Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in business analytics, data science, statistics, and related areasDevelop and update course content in line with current industry and academic trendsSupervise student projects and theses with a focus on applied analyticsConduct and publish research in high-impact journals and conferencesParticipate in curriculum design, academic assessment, and accreditation effortsFoster partnerships with industry and promote experiential learning opportunitiesServe on departmental and university-wide academic committeesMentor junior faculty and support research culture developmentEligibility Criteria:PhD in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field from an accredited universityMaster?s degree in a relevant areaAt least 5 years of teaching and/or industry experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to student-centered teaching and learningDemonstrated record of research and publication in reputable journals
