• Assist in planning, editing and writing content for various internal and external communications platforms such as - intranet, slack, corporate blog, glassdoor, linkedin etc.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams (Communications/Public Affairs/Corporate Responsibility, Talent Acquisition/Development, Employee Experience etc)
• Assist in developing regional Internal Communication/Employer Branding strategies and monthly town halls with help from wider team
• Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
• Assist in the defining of our Employer Branding Guidelines and SOPs
• Prepare monthly reports for regional communication campaigns
• Experiment with new, creative ways to reach internal employees and drive their engagement in prioritized company initiatives

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
• Between 1-2 years experience in communications
• Strong content development skills and experience drafting content
• Ability to interact with team members at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Arabic (optional)
• Excellent communication and relationship development skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Experience working with leaders and senior management
• Detail oriented, agile and proactive with a sense of initiative
• A desire to develop your career in one of the most dynamic organizations in the region.
