Our 140+ plus team members are located in more than 15 countries and bring experience as entrepreneurs, investors, and operators from some of the world?s leading technology companies.What We Need This role will work as part of the Group Strategy team on supporting strategy development, implementation and optimization for 500 Global?s internal operations and global business. This includes managing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders, ideating solutions to complex processes or matters and overall solving for the needs of the business.This position will be remote, although candidates already based in the UAE or Malaysia would be preferred for time zone coverage.Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic priorities and achievement of group goals through research and data, ideation, conceptualization of solutions and plans, fostering alignment, and managing internal and external stakeholders and communication as needed.
  • Moving into specific business functions and needs, to troubleshoot or track progress of projects and initiatives.
  • Anticipating and planning ahead for specific outcomes or needs which are aligned to business goals or plans.
  • Review, track and update key performance indicators across the company.
  • Help architect internal operations processes and communication plans to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a liaison between key stakeholders, including conveying, gathering and organizing information to and from various teams.
  • Build and maintain institutional playbooks, resources and trackers.
