Manages the warehouse in line with the Al Futtaim standards.

Provides leadership for large employee populations in non-exempt positions and direct reports in exempt positions that both maximize and optimize resources in support of the company?s goals and objectives in serving customers.
Supervises daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Responsible for managing strategic and operational plans.
Ensures all inventories on hand are handled properly in SAP throughout the reconciliation process.
Inspects equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversees general maintenance as needed.
Meets regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
Plans and utilizes the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency.
Prepares annual budget and makes sure to stick to the approved figures.
Responsible for problem resolution for all warehouse operations, preparing root cause analysis.
Corporates with all internal and external stakeholders for daily operational activities.
