Job Description

Our Client:Our client, a conglomerate of retail outlets providing services in United Arab Emirates is looking for an Assistant Training Manager to join their internal team.The Assistant Training Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR in designing, developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across the organization. The person in this role will be responsible for managing the entire training process, including needs analysis, content development, delivery, evaluation, and reporting.Your Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the businesss and the individuals needs
  • Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets,
  • Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers & senior managers at board level
  • Managing the delivery of training and development programmes
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
  • Evaluating training and development programmes
  • Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a training and development role, with experience designing, delivering and evaluating training programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform training decisions.
  • Drivers license is a MUST
