The Assistant Technical Manager supports the technical team in overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating technical activities across projects. The role involves assisting in technical planning, supervision, and troubleshooting to ensure timely completion within budget and specifications.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical activities for ongoing projects.Support the Technical Manager in monitoring project progress and resolving technical issues.Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders for technical deliverables.Assist in maintaining technical documentation, reports, and records.Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.Support in troubleshooting technical challenges and implementing corrective actions.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Participate in technical meetings and communicate project updates effectively.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).Strong understanding of technical drawings, standards, and safety protocols.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.
