What you will be doing:
Manage overall operations of the spa & recreation
Manage and carry out recreation operating procedures, have current knowledge of spa treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
To be an entrepreneur in day to day operations to ensure maximum profit by creating and implementing new business models?i.e. developing a local clientele, increase memberships, out of box creative idea while driving top line revenue and ensuring cost measures are being implemented at all time.
Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
Managing spa & recreation team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development
Drive team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets through a creative approach to delivering alternative programmes to core fitness-based schemes
Your experience and skills include:
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in managing and motivating people
Good problem solving skills
Good knowledge in dealing with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
