Generating Sales Enquires on monthly basis so as to achieve Order booking strike rate of 15-20% of enquiry quoted every month based on assigned Sales Target
Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to Key Developer/Consultant & contractors

Customer Relation /Networking

Maintain good rapport with key clients, design Consultants
Interact and engage customer for information feedback related to competitor?s pricing/products proposed
Understand and analyze the customer needs
